UN’s Sustainable Development Goals:
This program is ideal for
Nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers who have a passion for wildlife conservation. It attracts volunteers who are physically fit, eager to explore the outdoors and have a genuine interest in observing elephants in their natural habitat. These individuals possess a sense of curiosity, resilience, and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment and the local community.
If you're seeking a remarkable adventure, one that lets you immerse yourself in the heart of the forest while discovering elephants in their natural habitat, you've arrived at the perfect destination. Join us for the journey of a lifetime as a volunteer or visitor in Thailand's Elephant Support Program. Please note that physical fitness is essential, as daily treks up and down mountains are part of the experience.
At our sanctuary, we offer complete transparency, allowing you to witness firsthand the positive impact of your contributions on our sanctuary, the well-being of our elephants, and the local community.
Early mornings and long hikes into the forest are on the agenda for our dedicated volunteers and visitors. Hikes generally return to the village in the early afternoon, but the day's excitement doesn't stop there. You'll have the unique opportunity to engage in English teaching at the local school, with homestay families, and even with our mahouts. You'll also gain insights into the world of Asian elephants and delve into the local tribal language and culture. As a bonus, we offer various add-ons, including relaxation with a traditional Thai massage or the chance to learn the art of basket weaving.
Whether you can spare 2 days or 2 months, our doors are open to both volunteers and visitors. Students seeking to conduct research for their studies are also welcomed with open arms. Join us and be a part of something truly extraordinary in Thailand's Elephant Support Program.
