Why Volunteer with Our Renovation Team?
At our affiliated project locations, you'll play a vital role in revitalizing and improving the safety, security, and overall atmosphere of local project sites. Your tasks may range from painting classrooms and creating educational wall displays to roofing repairs and nursery wall plastering. This placement involves manual labor, but it also offers plenty of interaction with local schools and organizations, allowing you to connect with the children and make a lasting difference.
The Need for Renovation and Construction
Many clinics, educational facilities, and schools in our area have fallen into disrepair over time. These structures often have deteriorated walls, floors, and roofing, posing safety risks for the children who use them. By working together with local craftsmen, we aim to rebuild these facilities, enhancing safety and appearance for everyone.
Brightening Up Local Schools
Beyond basic renovations, our team is committed to adding aesthetic appeal to our local schools. After addressing structural issues, we aim to create a more inviting atmosphere by painting classrooms and designing eye-catching educational wall displays and boards.

Getting to Your Placement
Transportation is a crucial aspect of your volunteer experience. Budget an additional 10 to 40 Ghana cedis per day for transport costs. Most volunteers use taxis to travel to and from their placement locations, and shared cabs are an affordable option in the city. Transport costs typically range from 5 cedis to 40 cedis per day, with an average of about 10 cedis. In more remote villages, transportation may cost a bit more due to challenging terrain. Rest assured, we can help you coordinate transportation and provide guidance on where to find cabs, making your daily commute hassle-free.
