Location and Field Trips

Most of our activities take place in a natural park surrounding Lisbon, easily accessible via public transport. Additionally, we organize monthly field trips lasting from 2 to 5 days, offering you the opportunity to explore different parts of Portugal and contribute to reforestation efforts on a larger scale. These trips are essential for reforesting areas degraded by factors like intensive agriculture, fires, or invasive species.

Weather Considerations

If you plan to participate in our program during the winter, expect temperatures ranging from 5 to 15 degrees Celsius (40 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit). Warm clothing is recommended to ensure your comfort during the chilly months. Conversely, for those considering a summer visit when temperatures range from 25-38°C (77-100°F), we suggest opting for lightweight and comfortable attire.
