This program is ideal for

Enthusiastic and patient volunteers who have a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of disadvantaged individuals. Volunteers should possess strong communication skills and the ability to adapt their teaching approach to different age groups and learning levels. They should be open-minded and culturally sensitive, eager to share their knowledge and experiences while promoting cross-cultural understanding. While prior teaching experience is not required, volunteers are encouraged to complete relevant training such as a TEFL course to enhance their effectiveness in the program.

Join our volunteer Teaching project in Spain and make a positive impact by providing extra-curricular classes to local children, youth, and adults in need of educational support. No teaching experience required!

Are you looking for a highly rewarding volunteer opportunity in Spain? Our Teaching project offers a unique chance to empower individuals through education. As a volunteer, you can share your knowledge and life experiences, demonstrating that with hard work, anything is possible.

Our initiative concentrates on offering supplementary classes to local children, adolescents, and adults who need further educational assistance but face financial constraints in accessing additional lessons. Devoted volunteers operate in local centers and schools committed to aiding underprivileged community groups in skill development and the enhancement of employment prospects.

Volunteers on the Teaching project primarily assist in teaching English to students. However, if you have an intermediate level of Spanish, you can also contribute by teaching Spanish in projects associated with migrant communities. Your role plays a vital part in introducing students to unfamiliar subjects, and we wholeheartedly encourage you to create activities that broaden their horizons by immersing them in diverse cultures and countries while they learn English.

The great news is that being a qualified or experienced teacher is not a prerequisite for your participation. You'll work alongside our local team and placement staff who will provide guidance and support. To prepare for your volunteer journey, we recommend completing relevant training, such as a teaching English as a foreign language (TOEFL) course.
