Education: A Fundamental Human Right

Education extends beyond being a fundamental human right; it serves as a gateway to personal freedom, empowerment, and significant developmental advantages. Unfortunately, in Barcelona, an increasing wealth gap has resulted in undeserved communities having limited access to critical support services. By becoming a volunteer for the Youth Support Project, you can actively contribute to closing this disparity and leaving a lasting imprint.

Empowering Barcelona's Underprivileged Youth

The Youth Support Project's core objective is to establish genuine connections with young individuals and provide them with the means to break free from the cycle of poverty they were born into. After-school centers serve as vital havens, offering a secure and nurturing space for students to maximize their leisure hours. As a volunteer, your role is indispensable in nurturing inclusive and promoting personal development among these young minds.

Your Role as a Volunteer

Volunteers like you are instrumental in guiding students aged 5-18. You'll assist with homework, organize engaging activities, teach English, provide mentoring, and simply spend quality time with the young attendees. During both school and summer holidays, you can also join trips to the beach and summer camps outside of town, offering unforgettable experiences to these young minds.

Collaborate for Better Outcomes

At our project, you won't be alone. You'll work closely alongside our dedicated staff and fellow volunteers to promote positive outcomes for the young people of Barcelona. Your dedication to this project is of paramount importance, with a minimum commitment of 2 weeks.

We welcome you to join us in creating a meaningful impact and playing a role in Barcelona's transformation. Together, we can empower the upcoming generation and secure the opportunities they rightly deserve. Start your journey as a volunteer for our Youth Support Project today.
